ALUM (Alumni Leaders and Undergraduate Mentors) seeks to engage NHS alumni who are currently undergraduate students as mentors to help current high school students with exploring a career interest and ease the transition between high school and college. Our focus is on building a relationship between the mentee and the mentor that lasts beyond the scope of the program.
