Social work meets leadership and business ~ Established in 2019 after over 10 years in the sector, Managing Director, Toniele, saw a need for not-for-profit and non-Government organisations to be supported in their service delivery, whilst establishing and sustaining high performing teams. With a focus on residential, foster and kinship care, child and adolescent mental health and the clinical and non- clinical practice of employees, TCAG is passionate about high quality practice but understands the systemic challenges of working in complex environments in addition to external and internal pressures in the sector. TCAG seeks to provide leadership, consulting and supervision services to leaders and front-line professionals in the social and human services sector. TCAG achieves this through purposeful and meaningful relationships, listening to the needs of clients and positioning the most suitable and appropriate staff to match with the organisations’ needs. TCAG is passionate about high quality professional practice and uses underpinnings of trauma informed care, neuroscience, contemporary leadership, and management theories alongside clinical and non-clinical supervision approaches to guide and influence all aspects of their service delivery. Our services extend to but are not limited to - - Initial and renewal of approval assessments of Foster and Kinship Carers; - Leadership Coaching - Individual and Group Supervision - Training (trauma, neuroscience and leadership, child development, case management, case note training, risk in child protection; tailored training to services needs).
