ASCO was established in Dubai in 1997 by Yousif Al Sahlawi, former Public Prosecutor at the Ministry of Justice and Executive Director at Dubai Customs. ASCO has gone from strength to strength and boasts partnerships with law firms spread throughout 150 countries. The Firm offers deeply rooted legal experience, with an international standard. Clients benefit from our longstanding local expertise and our diverse multilingual lawyers, along with our established relationships with local communities and businesses. Heading in a new direction, the Firm underwent numerous expansions and upgrades. A specialised team has been put in place with the sole objective of client care and quality assurance in Arabic, English, and French. The Firm’s Dispute Resolution department has expanded, and the Corporate Department hired specialists with international company formation and restructuring experience. In 2021, the firm welcomed new Partners to drive the expansion of the Firm and to lead and develop additional practice areas.
