Aloe Learning Centre provides Educators, School leaders, Government officials, SGB members with the opportunity to exchange knowledge, ideas and experiences with regard to performance improvement in Education. These professionals convene to collectively consider solutions to problems and respond to the pressures created by the changing educational environment. At Best Practices in Education Professional Development Organisation; it is our mission to encourage excellence in education through the provision of outstanding staff training programs. This is done by providing relevant instruction that promotes learner engagement. ALC Purpose: Why we exist: ALC has adopted a bold purpose that connects Professional Development (PD) and Student Learning. The purpose also emphasizes that all educators have a responsibility to learn in order to improve student performance. ALC's purpose statement says the organization exists to ensure that: "Every Educator Engages in Effective Professional Learning every Day so every Student Achieves." ALC wants to make sure that everyone understands that learning is for everyone and that it's all of us learning that will impact student achievement. If educators can really engage in learning every day, then we firmly believe that student learning will improve.
