All Star Football Academy offers professional football coaching to boys and girls, aged 3 – 16 years old & intends to bridge the gap between grass roots football clubs and professional academies. The key element surrounding the Academy is the development of the players, with the academy always taking a player centred approach. The hope is players gain a greater knowledge & development of all areas of the game including the technical, tactical, social, psychological & physical elements. This will also include phases of play dependant on the age & stage of development of the team. All Star Football Academy will use advances in technology through video analysis and feedback offering a unique all round football experience. The academy also offers player profiling to highlight the areas for improvement but also areas that the players are excelling within, using current models & research as a base. The environment created at All Star is one that allows for fun, enjoyment and learning. All abilities are welcome and will thrive within the academy where the pressure is alleviated and they can enjoy being part of a club. We have highly qualified and enthusiastic coaching staff who are always here to support the growth of the individuals and teams of the Academy. All Star has great links within the professional game and our teams will regularly play matches against professional Academy teams and local sides. Through our coaching we want to offer an all round football academy where the kids feel part of a club that wants to make them better footballers, but also have lots of fun. We will provide an environment where the kids can express themselves and are not afraid of making mistakes. We believe with the extra coaching we will provide, it will be to the benefit of not only the players, but also the local football clubs they are registered to. We are here to help the individual, team & hopefully the national game.
