The Institute is a private, non-profit educational institution and was established on 15/12/2014 by The Minister of Higher Education Licence No. (5223) to provide higher education services in the field of engineering and technology. The Institute is licensed to award a bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in engineering and technology in the following disciplines: - Civil Engineering (General) - Chemical Engineering - Mechanical Power Engineering The degree is approved by Minister of Higher Education. According to the law, graduates of the institute are admitted to the Engineers Syndicate upon their graduation. The institute is located in the New Burj Al Arab city in the center of industrial activity in the West Delta region, providing unlimited training opportunities for the students of the institute and job opportunities for graduates. It also allows the Institute to contribute to the development of a new urban society in western Alexandria and the northern coast of the country.
