The Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services (ADRS) provides services to Alabamians with disabilities from birth to seniors through four major programs: Alabama's Early Intervention System, Children's Rehabilitation Service, Vocational Rehabilitation Service, and the State of Alabama Independent Living (SAIL)/Homebound Service.
