Who We Are ? Established in 2011 in Sharjah as the first Owners Association Management (OAM) company. Today, in Sharjah it is managing 23 OAM projects of different sizes varying from small to high rise buildings. Since then, the company has successfully managed a wide range OAM projects continuously exceeding client expectations. Al Mudeer management team consists of a team of trained professionals at the Dubai Real Estate Institute and holders of certificates from the CAI Institute from the state of Virginia, and the company is certified and licensed by the Land Department in the Emirate of Sharjah and the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) in the Emirate of Dubai to practice Owners Associations Management in Dubai. It currently manages 33 complexes in Dubai.
