AKKERON GROUP is a management and property development partnership based in Exeter and focussing on operating companies and developments in the South West. Akkeron is the trade name for NATATOMISAM Limited, which has a shareholding in a wide range of interests, including Development sites and the Plymouth Pavilions. The Group has a number of consented developments in the South-West and worked closely with Plymouth Argyle to renovate its Grandstand. Other sites include residential applications at the old Royal Clarence Hotel in Exeter, Sandhill Park Mansion in Taunton, Seven Brethren Bank in Barnstaple, and Western Gateways which is consented for a mixed use scheme. We specialise in difficult to deliver projects, many of which are listed.
