As a Mental Health and Wellbeing Consultant, I am passionate about helping educational and corporate organisations improve their policies and procedures to prioritise the mental health and wellbeing of their learners/employees. With 5 years of experience in the field, I have seen firsthand the positive impact that a focus on mental health and wellbeing can have on both individuals and organisations as a whole. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by educational and corporate organisations; whether that’s preparing for Ofsted or investigating staff absenteeism. I work closely with my clients to identify blind spots in their existing policies; are the MH policies and procedures effective? What do the people in the organisation think and do they feel supported? What can your organisation add to fortify its existing support? Can precious time and resources be saved? Is there a cheaper alternative? Can you reduce challenges (retention, reputation, staff absenteeism) through a change of policy? Developing procedures and customised solutions that meet specific needs, goals and budgets. I will create a culture of wellbeing that emphasises communication, support, and stress management, I believe that organisations can achieve greater productivity, reduced absenteeism, and better retention rates. Through my work, I aim to help organisations not only improve the mental health and wellbeing of their students, staff and employees but also to achieve greater success in the long run as a business.
