AJAX is a People Driven private capital company that makes ownership investments in lower middle market with positive historical performance. We are operators who work with founders and business owners who have built stalwart businesses but are ready to make a change in ownership. In a "change of control" investment, we take great care as new owners to preserve what has been built. We uphold the quality of the products and services that have made the company great. We value the customer relationships and we give the existing teams the opportunity to continue to grow and contribute to the businesses they helped build. We operate on a system of proprietary playbooks for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and HR. The playbooks are based on 15 years of business success and are applicable to a wide range of industries and a key reason for our success.
