Detective services are defined as obtaining and transfering of information on a basis of a contract concluded with the client, in a form and within boundries not restricted for public authorities defined by other relevant regulations, especially in following cases: 1) resulting from legal relations that apply to natural persons, 2) resulting from economical relations, 3) verification of the credibility of information that apply to damages reported to insurance companies, 4) investigations carried out for the instance of lost or concealed persons, 5) investigations carried out for the instance of lost property 6) gathering information in a case that is subject to a criminal investigation, tax related offences, or other crimes or offences when durring the proceedings criminal law applies.
