Overview

At the AI Bill of Rights, we are working on defining the most fundamental rights for users worldwide. Crafting these rights will be one of the most monumental and significant tasks of the century as we will be able to clearly lay out what rights all of us have in a world powered by AI. The concept is simple; over the next couple of months, we will be working with all of you to define the rights we all respectively believe to be the most fundamental, immutable, and robust. We will publish several drafts as we narrow down the final grouping of the Global AI Bill of Rights. We settled on proposing a set of immutable global rights for users in a world governed by artificial intelligence. You’ll see on the site the list of topics we want to address in our drafts and a list of ideas for rights we will be working on defining. The Topics are as follows: -Facial Recognition Rights -Biometric & Other Identifying Data Rights -ESG - Environmental and Social Change -Emotional & Mental State Identification -Data Rights of Users -System Bias & Equality of Outcomes The first ideas for rights we have as or now are: -Algorithmic Explainability & Transparency -Guarantee of User Digital Sovereignty -Right to Algorithmic Due Process Now comes the really fun part. We want to hear from you. Yes, you. To make the Global AI Bill of Rights as strong and representative as possible, we need to hear from as many voices from around the world as possible. For the AI Bill of Rights to be for us, it has to be made by all of us.
