The Company is professionally managed real estate investment and holding company focused on the acquisition, ownership and management of specialized zoned industrial and retail properties to the cannabis industry. The Company’s focus is to lease, purchase and lease-back industrial properties in regulated jurisdictions to experienced, state-licensed operators for their regulated use as facilities. The Company also provides infrastructure loans and equipment leasing and financial consulting services. Initially, we intend to acquire our properties through sale-leaseback transactions and third-party purchases.
