Having been in the industry for seven years, I am proud to boast an impressive array of skills, including fitness education, obesity and diabetes management and advanced manual therapy. In addition, I enjoy devoting my time to working on training and treating clients, developing our fitness class brands and teaching the next generation of fitness professionals.
