We are a company of passionate, experienced and talented subject matter experts that offers training and learning across the following four pillars: 1. Security and Firearm Training including CIT; 2. Cash Professional Training; 3. Skills Development and SETA Funding and 4. Learnerships What differentiates us? Our accredited team of security and firearm specialists are experienced security professionals. They have been in service as security guards, protection officers and on the road in cash in transit vehicles. They know the risks and ensure training is holistic. We incorporate theory, practical, on the job coaching with the emotional, mental and leadership aspects of training in this high risk industry. Our accreditations include: Sasseta, Psira, SAPS, PFTC and Teta. Our team training cash professionals are skilled cash professionals and have worked in the cash processing industry on cash quality, cash handling, sorting, preparations of deposits and withdrawals, cash in transit and all security and regulatory aspects relating to the handling and delivery of cash to SARB, Commercial Banks, Wholesalers and Retailers. This translates into our unique offering combining , theoretical, practical, regulatory and real life experience into sustainable training solutions that works. We are Bankseta accredited and work closely with the SARB standards to develop world-class training content. Our Skills Development team assists clients with their transformation targets. Our world-class virtual skills audit methodology and tools can assist to bridge the skills gap. Our skills advisors ensure our client skills spend is a win-win for all and that available funding is deployed as efficient as possible.
