AEPG-UK has a highly skilled team within the respective disciplines and an extensive network of professional partners. The Founder and Principle was previously CEO of Old Thorns Resort & Developments and has experience in all aspects of real estate development including site acquisition, planning approvals and project delivery. AEPG-UK is currently Principle on a number of large real estate development projects in the midlands with a GDV of c£650m. AEPG-UK Principle and Founder Ashley Butterfield acts as NED for two leisure technology groups, and is currently developing a multifaceted leisure operation of over 200k sq ft. In previous executive board positions he has driven both start up and turnaround success and as Principle or NED he brings significant expertise in structuring, financing and operational execution
