We train rural youths to become self-sustainable Agri-Entrepreneurs (AE) and help farmers at the grassroots level. An initiative launched by SFI, Tata Trusts, and IDH in 2019. Our AE program is one of the largest privately led initiatives to train rural technology entrepreneurs in India (Omnivore, The Future of Indian Agriculture and Food Systems, 2020). We envision a future where 100,000 AEs can help 20 million smallholder farmers across India, and focus on six core areas to accelerate local agricultural development: Agri-Entrepreneurship program I Climate smart agriculture I Agri-advisory services I Financial inclusion I Gender inclusion I Skill upgradation
