We have 3 parts to our organisation: Temporary Staffing We provide qualified and experienced care staff whether you are a care home, home care agency or the NHS. Our staff have experienced in all care, they are trained to the latest standards. Our cut off is Wednesday 12pm for any shifts requiring covering. Consultancy: We work co-productively to develop approaches to discovery and problem solving that can reach across traditional boundaries to build lasting value. We also understand the complexity and dynamic change that is typical of the sector and share our expertise and recommendations sensitively and respectfully. it is our experience that, especially in times of turmoil and upheaval, organisations benefit from being able to take a step back and look at their organisation, enabling them to address issues with systems and processes before creating change at an individual level.
