ADISYAM, a non-profit Design Strategy & Innovation Company, is a group of self motivated young leaders with a pinch of philanthropy in our personalities. We look forward to the need of future and strategize to help responsible citizens enhance its socio-economic via working towards social issues and causes. We work towards evangelizing design led experiential learning to democratize Entrepreneurship by creating a culture of creativity and innovation while creating tangible social impact in alignment with UN-SDGs. We believe in nurturing diversity and individuality of a learner rather than having them trained across a narrow spectrum of subjects and evaluate their worth against a very limited set of evaluation parameters. We envision a culture where the students connect themselves with their Ikigai i.e. 'the reason for their existence or in other words 'find the purpose of their life‘. We work with our young leaders to aid the students with an ambiance that would nurture them towards attaining it… Being a leader is not restricted to holding a position or designation. Leadership is a mind-set to be able to trust ourselves to change things around for good. We strategize to help the youth embed a Leadership mind-set in their growth model. We believe that each individual has a very specific set of unique capabilities strongly resonating with their personality type which they can leverage to add value to the society. We work towards creating a culture that fosters creativity and innovation and allows each individual to leverage their natural capabilities to make a difference to the world.
