Fondata nel 2011, ADIM Partners è una boutique che propone servizi di alta qualità di Management Consultancy, Asset ed Investment management, nel settore immobiliare e delle energie rinnovabili. La mission perseguita è di creare valore realizzando ed investendo in edifici ed aree con la massima attrattività ed efficienza per utilizzatori ed investitori, mantenendo la più alta considerazione per il rispetto dell’ambiente e della società. ADIM ha valorizzato oltre 2.000 ha di terreni e circa 100.000 mq di asset ad uso misto ed agisce anche come local partner per family offices e primari fondi di private equity stranieri. ADIM managed creating value above 2.00 ha of lands and ca. 100,000 sqm of mix use assets and acted also as local investment partner for family offices and prime foreigner private equity funds. The Customers to which we provided Consultancy and Management services are very diversified and include Institutional Corporates and International Investors, Primary Religious Entities, Foundations and Family Offices.
