We are an Ecclesiastical Ministry set apart for the Christian Church to serve laity as a Chaplain endorsing and ordaining organization. We teach, equip, and ordain qualified candidates for volunteer and professional chaplaincy. We acknowledge Christ as the head of our life and ministry, submitting all our activities to His will and good pleasure. Our highest priority is proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ to produce genuine followers whose lives are changed. We coach pastors for more effective ministry to grow their churches. We empower disciples to make disciples and leaders to produce leaders. We teach professional Chaplaincy including accredited Clinical Pastoral Education leading to professional Board Certification. Our Chaplains become a caring presence, non-judgmental, not condemning, while engaging in loving relationships that strive to listen to understand rather than to prescribe. We never force our faith unwanted on anyone. We learn to share our faith as invited to do so. We love and care for everyone no matter how they live.
