ADAPT+FLOW has been set up by myself, Damon Bowen-Ashwin to provide Life, Leadership & Career Coaching. My aim is to empower you to make changes in your life that leads to fulfilment and ultimately defining and achieving the goals you never thought possible! This starts with raising your awareness of how you’re viewing the world currently, so that you can then choose a mindset that helps you create the life of your choosing. A mantra at the heart of ADAPT+FLOW is “You can’t change the world.
