ad metam SA was founded in 2022 on the initiative of a team of young lawyers who, treasuring their experience abroad and in leading law firms in Switzerland, decided to launch a new reality in the legal field of the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland. Our aim is to provide our clients with the best possible assistance by combining professional and expert advice with an agile and transparent approach. We have a strong regional presence, yet we boast an extensive national and international network that enables us to cope with the increasing complexity of today’s society, providing comprehensive legal advice to private individuals, companies and public institutions. Our lawyers – who work in Italian, German, English, French and Spanish – advise and represent our clients in Ticino and throughout Switzerland before all cantonal and federal administrative and judicial authorities as well as in arbitration proceedings. Thanks to the synergies with our local notary partners we are also able to offer our clients support and assistance in all areas of notarial law. For us, law is not just about work. Our team shares a deep interest in law and its continuous development that goes beyond our professional activities. To convey our passion and contribute shaping the development of our legal system, our attorneys take up teaching assignments at universities of applied sciences and are active at the political and institutional level.
