We are here to combat the current and future impact of poor physical and mental health through engagement with sport, physical activity and mindfulness. We want to benefit the community with sports, mental health and fitness programmes, including football, boxing, VR Fitness, VR mindfulness, S & C classes and elite spatial awareness classes, with further plans to expand services and classes.
