WHICH WICKED CHALLENGE DRIVES US? Making cities & communities socially sustainable. We have a global ambition but we start in Sweden, in an industry that can make a big impact fast. Real-estate/property companies play a central role in areas where we live, work and hang out. Increasing social challenges affect both people and property value; in rent levels, vacancy rates and maintenance costs. A potential, estimated in billions (sek), that can be released with the right investments; for people, properties, neighbourhoods, cities and society as a whole. Today there are many valuable perspectives (data) and initiatives but insights easily end up in silos and data quickly gets outdated. This can make decision-making and collaboration challenging and the potential for greater impact gets lost. THERE IS NOT A SINGLE SOLUTION, WHAT CAN WE MAKE BETTER? Wicked problems are complex and require an innovative approach. With systems thinking and an agile way of working we’re on a quest to make it all add up! HOW MIGHT WE TACKLE THIS? We gather a variety of different actors and perspectives (data) and explore patterns to reach actionable insights, here and now and possible scenarios for the future.
