ACTIMI provides a remote patient monitoring platform for chronic diseases. Consisting of a modular patient app, wearable and health cloud integration, as well as an HL7 FHIR interface to existing software solutions. Certified as a medical device according to MDR and GDPR compliant. As of January 2022, remote patient monitoring for chronic heart failure is fully reimbursed in Germany. ACTIMI Telecare meets the necessary regulatory requirements and offers a user-friendly and safe solution for cardiologists and patients.
