We stand for successful communication at work with Acornpark® for leadership topics and Leaderspoint® for career management. With Acornpark we provide a) bespoke leadership training and coaching for executives, managers, experts and young talents, and b) executive enablement services, guiding decision takers and managers through challenging phases and change management ‘ad personam’. With Leaderspoint we provide the full range of career management and outplacement services predominantly to private clients, from resume creation and personal coaching to the design of career documents typical of Germany, Switzerland and Austria (DACH) such as the "Arbeitszeugnis" (a type of reference), "Lebenslauf" or "Anschreiben" (Curriculum Vitae and Cover Letter). In addition, we design digital communication strategies for individuals who are lookig for a new job or would like to present themselves to a greater audience. Our services in this field include the creation of captivating Linkedin or Xing profiles. We enjoy a leading position in the DACH region. We are an interdisciplinary team of experts, partly shareholders and partly competence partners, among them carefully selected associates that have to remain independent due to legal implications connected to their profession.
