We welcome both kids and adults, men and women, here at the Academy of Jeet Kune Do Sciences. There are many opportunities to train here which include a kids program, morning classes, afternoon open gym, evening classes and an MMA program. 4,600 square feet of space allow for use of anything from weights and heavy bags to mats to focus mitts. You are encouraged to come in to check out a class and have a conversation with the Head Instructor, Sifu Damon.
