Overview

We offer affordable, practical, and high quality (online and in-person) classes throughout the year. Whether professional development or Nonprofit Management Certification seeking, participants will grow in their leadership skills. We partner with community leadership including the Lufkin Chamber of Commerce to deliver critical learning opportunities for emerging and tenured nonprofit leadership. We also hold an annual Nonprofit Leadership Conference. We work in conjunction with state-wide recognized instructors who have real world experience in the nonprofit sector so that everyone can leave our conferences with practical tools and suggestions for leading a successful nonprofit. We also work with the Lufkin Chamber of Commerce on a program called Leading Edge. This six month program is focused on empowering early to mid-career professionals for lifelong community engagement and leadership through service as staff or board membership in the nonprofit sector.
