AC&L Consulting, owned and operated by Duncan Lawson, accounts for over 30 years experience ranging from Director of Administration, Quality Control Management, and Superintendent of multi-discipline operations within the fields of rights-of-way, and facilities maintenance. AC&L's experience extends to section management, inspection, equipment operation, and track welding for track and ground operations. AC&L assists in the development and implementation of project goals, objectives, policies, and priorities. We review and evaluate work products and procedures, identify and resolve issues, implement changes, and make recommendations for optimal performance and reduction of cost, all the while, creating a safer work environment.
