Overview

ABSL DACH is the first independent not-for-profit association representing the business services organisations headquartered in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It brings together GBS leaders, provide strategic direction, foster networking and align with other ABSL Country Chapters to promote cross-European cooperation, collaboration & growth among the Shared Service Center (SSC), Global Business Service (GBS), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) and Research & Development (R&D) organizations. Today ABSL across all its chapters represent over 500 of the largest companies in the world and set the standards and direction for growth in the industry. We provide inspiration, support best practices, and offer our members and partners opportunities to share their knowledge, ideas and experience.
