"New Name, Same Work Ethics" Our History: From its early beginnings, the firm known as Bédard & Associates - founded by Paul Bédard - evolved into BDB Chartered Appraisers with the addition of partners George Boufounos, Joe Bruno, and Luc Delorme. As of May 1st 2008, BDB Chartered Appraisers ceased to exist and George Boufounos, ÉA, AACI with his dedicated team of professionals started to operate under the name ABMS Chartered Appraisers. Our Team of Dedicated Professionals: Our team of accredited real estate appraisers has extensive experience in all types of property valuation, new project analysis, cost consulting, expert witness, and forensic appraisal. Our senior appraisers hold the ÉA and/or AACI, CRA professional designations granted by l'Ordre des Évaluateurs Agréés du Quebec and the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
