The company was formed in 2020 by Andreas Birgersson, Per Nisses and Philip Söderqvist in a joint venture with ABG Sundal Collier. The ambition is to generate persistent and competitive returns to investors. This is achieved by utilizing disciplined risk assessment, deep local market knowledge and extensive experience from all real estate segments, coupled with active asset management.
