l'Abbaye du Palais is a small scale boutique resort on a former 12th century Cistercian abbey with hotelrooms, cottages and gipsy caravans in the green heart of France. The heated pool is open from Mai - September. Things to do: hiking, biking (ATB) horseback riding, cooking (we organise cookery courses), Limoges porcelain, Aubusson Tapistry, bison safari, velorail and watersports on the lake Vassivière.
