A2P2 architecture&planning was founded in 2015 with an objective to engage with and deliver solutions to complex architectural and urban challenges and “wicked problems”. The company is building on the professional experience of two founding partners: Monika Arczynska, an architect, and Łukasz Pancewicz, a town planner. Their past expertise includes working in various spatial and institutional contexts, for both private and public clients. We focus on the projects that: • in their scale, operate between urban and architectural realms • focus primarily on urban issues, dealing with urban fabric, its complexity and communities which inhabit and use it • involve actual implementation process (via policy action or design) • require creative problem solving through the comprehensive approaches • are based on cooperative work with all engaged stakeholders
