In addition to producing sensors and electronic devices, A.S.T. has also made a name for itself as a supplier of custom systems and complete solutions in the field of railway technology. Corner-load- and wheel-load-measurement systems are used around the world in the production of modern rail vehicles. System solutions by A.S.T. are also used successfully for aircraft weighing systems or in safety-relevant load monitoring systems on event stages. Comprehensive customer support is a major priority for us, and so we are there for you with our range of services even after the initial start-up of your system. In addition to in-house development and production of sensors for force measurement technology, A.S.T. GmbH in Dresden also offers the associated calibration services. The DAkkS-accredited calibration laboratory (certificate-no.: D-K-17303-01-00) for the measuring force is accredited by the “Akkreditierungsstelle des Deutschen Kalibrierdienstes”. At A.S.T. The lab works independently and neutrally according to the criteria of the DIN standard ISO/IEC 17025. We do calibration for non-A.S.T. sensors and instruments as well as our own products. We are passionate about precision – that includes a functional QA management system and a company philosophy shared and embodied by every employee. A.S.T. is ISO 9001:2015 certified, which means it meets the requirements for a QM system.
