Overview

A & O: Support Services for Older Adults is a not-for-profit organization that provides specialized services for older Manitobans across the province. The goal of these programs is to empower and support older adults in the community. With roots that trace back to 1957, the focus of A & O: Support Services for Older Adults’ operations is identifying and addressing many of the issues facing older adults. Hand in hand with older adults, and through partnerships with community groups, the Agency takes action to improve the quality of life for older adults in Manitoba through advocacy, education and service delivery. A & O strives to involve older adults in decision-making. Their expertise is an important contribution to building a healthy community in which older adults play a vital role. Our Mission A & O: Support Services for Older Adults improves the quality of life for Older Manitobans.
