560 Fitness began out of a living room, doing Instagram workouts, right at the onset of the initial Covid lockdown in March 2020. Our driving mission…to be a solution for a community that needed their fitness solved during this difficult time. Our roots are primarily as a strength training/circuit training program, that’s fully catered for busy parents and time strapped professional 9- to-5’ers…hence our name! Our classes include cardio-based workouts, yoga, boxing and mobility classes and programs designed specifically for LinkedIn users. Located just off St. Marcellinus Field in Mississauga Stadium, our facilities include a 2000 sqft studio, access to additional smaller training rooms, an indoor/outdoor track & field aswell as manicured outdoor grassy fields for summer months. This allows us to be uniquely positioned to offer our clients the most unique fitness experience in Mississauga. Come and check us out for a tour, as well as a complimentary class.
