Welcome to 40RTY, a very friendly and approachable estate planning firm. We work alongside you to structure your estate and the associated legal documents in the most effective way. Our aim – to put you at ease and in the best position possible. We’ll help you to both organise and maximise the benefits of your estate to ensure you leave your assets to the people and causes that most matter to you. As well as Wills, we’re experts at drawing up a lasting power of attorney, so you can nominate someone to look after your legal interests should you not have the capacity to do so in the future. Will writing is not a regulated activity in England and Wales and anyone is at liberty to offer a service in this area. Thus, being members of STEP, you can be assured that our guys have been properly educated and operate at the highest levels of professional competency. Furthermore, that we adhere to the expected ethical standards, both in terms of how we treat you as a client and also, our approach to drafting Wills and the terms they provide.
