3P Model (2014) is a 360° framework for startups due-diligence, strategic planning and team/task management. It helps investors before and after investments, businesses and startups in businesses and personal development and students in their entrepreneurial education. The 3P Model is rooted in interdisciplinary novel academic models, Complexity and Dialectics approaches, 10 years long practice and hundreds of test cases. It consist of 3 elements: 1) Structural element: The 3 Ps of Product, People, Playground. 2) Procedural element: The analytic process stages of Explore - Encapsulate - Lead. 3) Philosophical element: The Co-Existence of Contradictions (CEOC). The 3P Model and its educational activity were founded by Keren Beit Cohen, an entrepreneur and early-stage startups expert with profound academic knowledge and more than a decade of an active practice in the European and Israeli startup ecosystems. It's a nonprofit organisation headquartered in The Netherlands and implemented / presented in: Leiden University, Netherlands Innovators Academy, City of The Hague, Netherlands European Youth Award, Graz, Austria Amsterdam Capital Week, Netherlands Awesome Foundation Milano, Italy EIT Health's "Startups Meet Pharma" accelerator, Germany Israeli and European angel and institutional investors.
