Trained to operate within the Complex Air Ground Environment (CAGE) of an airfield, their command function and individual skills are routinely tested to ensure that measured Force is deployed to counter any ground threat. Reserve Gunner commitment is a minimum of 27 days a year and they can operate where ever the RAF is; home or deployed.
