1BC is an Executive Search and Recruitment company for upper and middle management positions. We focus on services in the Food and Beverage, Real Estate development, Automotive and Pharmacy. 1BC’s main markets are Southeastern Europe, Africa and the Middle East. 1BC also offers high-quality, compact and practically oriented core business education. The program has been created in cooperation with the Organisation for Economic Education, Evaluation & Certification (OEEC) Austria and offers a uniform and certified European standard of academic business education composed of ten core subjects. Each module can be concluded as classroom seminar of 2-3 days or as a self-study program.
