Service provider and producer in all phases of film, video and tv production with a solid foundation in post. The production company 1606 is an independent film production company based in the centre of Copenhagen founded in 2013 and produces live-action, animation, TV series, music videos, and documentaries as traditional and/or new media. The focus of 1606 is on building long term creative business relations to both partners and clients. The cluster of technical and creative people that we’re part of is ranging from established people, facilities and institutions over a variety of enthusiastic interns to sparkling creatives making their way into the film and media scene.
