Located at a crucial functional hub of the Guangdong-Macao-Hong Kong Bay Area, to the south of the Huizhou Tonghu Ecological and Smart District, Country Garden Sci-Tech Town is the epitome of COUNTRY GARDEN’s industry-city integration strategy, and is an important component of “Ecological Tonghu and Silicon Valley of Guangdong.” Currently, over 80 famous enterprises at home and abroad such as CISCO, iSoftStone, YITOA, Friendcom and Dynavolt Tech have already entered the Town. The Town will open officially and partially in September 2018. The first IOT fund of 2 billion Yuan will be invested in companies of this area that are stationed in the Sci-Tech Town. By combining industrial development, financial services, applied scenarios and complementary facilities, the Town has formed a structure of one axis and three clusters: innovative service cluster—to build a high ground of global digital innovative industries featuring AI and cloud computing; smart industry cluster—to focus on smart manufacturing, smart terminals and smart logistics; and connectivity cluster—to form an ecology centered on the Internet of Things and big data.
