Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition for Overseas Talents 2018• Hangzhou is sponsored by the CPC Hangzhou Municipal Committee and Hangzhou Municipal Government, and undertaken by the Organization Department (Talents Office) of CPC Hangzhou Municipal Committee, Hangzhou Municipal Commission of Science and Technology and Hangzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Since 2015, the competition has been successfully held for three sessions, and a total of more than 1,500 projects from over 20 countries and regions have been implemented, with remarkable results.
