Åsa is a very positive and friendly person, easy to talk to. She has always been a person I have looked up too and taken inspiration from. At the start of 2018 we decided she'd act more formally as my professional coach, and we met regulary to discuss themes chosen by Åsa. I was responsible for the Environmental Department at Scandiaconsult`s (now Ramböll´s) office in Gothenburg. In the department there were 18 employees. Some very skilled senior consultant and some more junior consultants within the field of environmental planning, assessment and auditing. During my period of management the division was developed to be one of the most successful part of Scandiaconsult. I was responsible for the Environmental Department at Scandiaconsult`s (now Ramböll´s) office in Gothenburg. In the department there were 18 employees. During my period of management the division was developed to be one of the most successful part of Scandiaconsult.
