  I worked as research assistant at chemistry lab in Illinois Institute of Technology since 2016 spring. After almost two years’ study and lab work, I found that I have genuine interest in food chemistry area. Such lab working experiences made me become very familiar with the basic principle and operation methods of HPLC, LC-Triple, GC-MS and E-nose.
