I helped found IT Support LA in order to fill a gap in the technology service industry. I kept seeing people offering IT Support but they all require contracts since they don’t want to take the risk of bringing on new clients. This just didn’t sit right with me so we created the first HaaS company where our business model doesn’t revolve around a contract. In fact, we don’t limit our clients at all. Giving our clients top IT support and advisement is how we earn their business and through us proving our worth we also get referrals from our clients. Our secret is simple, put the customer first at all times. By sticking to this idea we developed our business to include a free consultation and report so before someone even becomes a client we are already giving them our valued service at no charge. In our reports we detail all aspects of a company’s infrastructure and provide ways in which they can optimize everything from the Wi-Fi, security, network dataflow, and more. In my experience working with businesses’, by us taking the initiative to go out of our way to help those in need we always “get off on the right foot.” After we’ve provided our report, we custom tailor the entire IT infrastructure to meet the client’s needs now and with easy scalability in the future. This is the foundation of our one of a kind contract-free HaaS subscription. Our clients benefit from no CAPEX since we provide everything as part of our package, free upgrades every 3 years so they operate on current technology, and reduced OPEX that provides support 24/7 365.242181 (yes, we are just that exact in our service approach as well) which very few, if any, on-site administrators can match due to the physical limitations of a single person. Our mission is that when a client chooses our services they are getting an entire IT staff that is qualified, certified, and experienced to handle any situation that may arise quickly and effectively.
