I had the pleasure of working with Yannick at my time in Lettings. From the moment we worked together he was very polite and had amazing customer service skills, because of this he was very good at sales and customers/clients would warm to him instantly. He worked very hard and did everything he could to go above and beyond. Always asked questions and made sure he knew what he was doing - a very hard worker.
